Skyforce Refund Policy

In the wake of the NBA G League season officially being cancelled, the Skyforce has put into place a policy for the three unplayed home games that were scheduled to take place at the Sanford Pentagon. Your Skyforce Ticket Representative will be in contact with you over the next couple of days to discuss your options. If you prefer, please reply to info@skyforceonline.com with your preference.

• OPTION 1 – CREDIT+
Double the amount of the Refund/Credit, to be used for ticket upgrades, courtside seats, suites, group tickets and additional tickets, for the 2020-21 season. For example if you are owed $100 from the final three games, you will receive $200 worth of extra Skyforce ticket inventory for next season if your 2020-21 tickets are paid in full.

• OPTION 2 – CREDIT
Same amount deducted from 2020-21 season ticket balance. For example, if we owe you $100 from the final three games, $100 will be taken off of your bill for the 2020-21 season.

• OPTION 3 – REFUND
Payment for three un-played games. For example, if we owe you $100, we will send you a check for $100. Please allow 3-4 weeks to process all refunds.

If you are a Skyforce Corporate Partner, there is no action you need to take at this time. Your Skyforce Partnership Representative will be in contact with you over the next week to discuss these options with you.
