Ryan Soukup is entering his third season as Director of Game Operations with the Skyforce. He first joined the Skyforce in the 2018-19 season as a Business Operations Assistant primarily working in marketing, communications, and game day operations, while managing all game day interns. As the Director of Game Operations, Ryan now oversees sponsorship execution, manages game night staff, and continuing to assist in marketing, communications, and game day operation management.

From Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Ryan graduated from the University of Missouri in 2015 with a degree in Sport Management and again from Mizzou in 2017 with a Masters of Education in Positive Coaching. Prior to working for the Skyforce, Ryan was the Volunteer Assistant Softball Coach at Creighton University in Omaha.
