The 6’3” guard is from Allen, Texas, playing at Allen High School before attending the University of San Diego to play basketball. Carter was a four-year starter for the Toreros where he averaged 12.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game, shooting 36.1% from three in his career. He then spent two years overseas playing professionally in Spain and Serbia before joining the Texas Legends of the G League in 2021. Carter found himself with the Austin Spurs before being traded to Cleveland and then finally landing in Sioux Falls.

We sat down with the man himself to learn more about him off the basketball court.
