The Sioux Falls Skyforce returns home for the first contest at the Sanford Pentagon since they played the Rip City Remix on Feb. 10. 

They face the Salt Lake City Stars, who they defeated 138-130 on Jan. 7 at home, as they trailed 21-0 to start and by 30 points at one time in the first half. HEAT two-way player Alondes Williams poured in a franchise record 55 points in the winning effort.

After starting the regular season 5-10, the Stars have won seven of their last 10 games and sit just two games out of a Western Conference Playoff spot. 

They're currently on a three-game winning streak and added two-time NBA All-Star Isaiah Thomas ahead of their matchup on Thursday against Texas. Thomas led the team with 32 points, while former Skyforce center and current Utah Jazz player Micah Potter added 23 points and 17 rebounds. 

The Skyforce snapped a two-game winning streak of their own on Tuesday, as they ran out of gas against the Oklahoma City Blue in a 129-120 defeat. HEAT two-way player Jamal Cain secured a career-high 39 points and 13 rebounds, while Williams added 21 points and 16 assists. Olin Carter III contributed a season-high 23 points on 6-14 3PA.

Despite the loss, Sioux Falls stands firm in first place in the Western Conference, with the Stockton Kings just a half-game behind them. 

The Force plays eight-of-nine remaining regular season games at the Sanford Pentagon. The team boasts the best home record in the NBA G League. They will host the Mexico City Capitanes on Tuesday and Thursday, with tip-off slated for 6:30 PM CST.

CAREER DAY CAIN

· HEAT two-way player Jamal Cain secured his third game of 30+ points with the Skyforce this season and second of 38+ points. 

· His 39 points marked a career-high and it became the sixth time this season that a Sioux Falls player netted 37+ points in a game.

· He has five double doubles in six regular season appearances, while also adding a regular season-high six assists on Tuesday at OKC. 

HOME, SWEET HOME

· The Skyforce boasts an 8-1 home record so far this regular season. 

· The team ranks fourth in scoring at home, with 120 points on 48.3 FG% (5th in the NBA G League). 

· Sioux Falls' net rating of 10.5 is best in the league, as well.
