By Sioux Falls Skyforce Staff /August 9, 2021

SIOUX FALLS, SD – The 2021 MGM Resorts NBA Summer League in Las Vegas tipped off yesterday and with it 10 former Skyforce players returned to on-court action for their respective teams. This season, all 30 NBA teams will participate in a 75-game event that will conclude on August 17. All games will be aired on ESPN networks or NBA TV.

All Skyforce alumni on NBA Summer League rosters this summer have appeared in Sioux Falls as recently as 2017, including six former players who played as recently as the 2019-20 season (when the Skyforce last saw the court). Players will be attempting to either receive an invitation to an NBA training camp or to prove they are deserving of more minutes with their current NBA team.
